When a user plays a stream through RetroRadio, the audio remains the original third-party stream. We do not:
- capture, store or archive the audio;
- sample, copy or extract audio from the stream;
- rebroadcast the stream as our own station;

- insert our own adverts, jingles, announcements or other content into the stream;
- remove the broadcaster’s own adverts, branding or content;

The stream is intended to be presented as supplied by the original broadcaster or streaming provider.
3. Third-party broadcasters
All radio stations and streams remain the responsibility of their respective broadcasters, owners, operators, licensors or streaming providers.
We do not control the content of third-party streams and are not responsible for:
- the availability, reliability or quality of any stream;
- the accuracy of station information or metadata;
- the content, language, opinions, music, advertising or sponsorship within a stream;
- any changes made by a broadcaster to its stream URL, format, availability or programming;
- any geographical restrictions, access controls or licensing limits applied by a broadcaster.
A station being listed on RetroRadio does not mean that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially approved by that broadcaster, unless this is expressly stated.
4. Supporting original broadcasters
RetroRadio is designed to help listeners discover radio stations and support original broadcasters.
Where possible, we may provide links to the broadcaster’s official website, app, social media pages, donation pages, subscription pages, advertising information or other official channels.
We encourage users to support the original broadcasters directly by visiting their websites, listening through their official apps or platforms, engaging with their content, donating, subscribing, purchasing merchandise, attending events, or otherwise supporting them through their official channels.
We do not claim ownership of third-party radio stations, streams, logos, names, audio, schedules or other broadcaster material.
5. Broadcaster removal and de-listing requests
If you are a broadcaster, station owner, authorised representative, streaming provider or rights holder and you would like your stream removed fromRetroRadio, you may request de-listing.

Once we receive a valid request, we will review it and may remove, update, disable or de-list the relevant stream from our website.
De-listing a stream from RetroRadio only removes or disables the listing on our website. It does not remove the stream from the internet, the broadcaster’s own servers, third-party directories, search engines or other websites.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
All third-party trademarks, logos, station names, service names, audio content, music, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Any station names, logos or descriptions shown on RetroRadio are used for identification, discovery and informational purposes only.

7. Accuracy of listings
